No appointment is necessary during office hours, but scheduling in advance ensures a leasing team member is available for a personalized tour. To be ready to apply after your tour, you may also want to bring government ID, access to your proof of income and a payment method for application fees.

Applicants need a verifiable monthly gross household income of 3x the monthly rent and a satisfactory credit history. Contact our leasing team for the specific qualifying criteria.

Each applicant is required to have a US bank account. Acceptable proof of income may include recent pay stubs, a current employment offer letter, or the most recent individual federal tax return. Financial statements demonstrating liquid assets may also be accepted.

Applications for each household are evaluated jointly against our qualification criteria. If a co-applicant does not qualify, the application will not be approved.

A one-time non-refundable application fee of $95 per applicant and $300 administrative fee per household apply at time of application. Monthly rent varies by floor plan and availability. There is a monthly trash fee of $25, liability insurance fee of $13, and allocated water/sewer charges. Additional monthly charges may include pet rent ($20/pet). The security deposit is handled in accordance with the local statute. Please speak with our leasing team to confirm any applicable security deposit terms for your specific unit.

We understand life happens! Early termination options may be available. Please contact our leasing office to review your lease agreement and discuss the options available to you.

Month-to-month lease options may be available after your initial lease term. Please reach out to our leasing team prior to your lease expiration to explore renewal and month-to-month options.

No utilities are included in the monthly rent at Whalers Cove Apartments. Residents are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, and any other applicable services.

We offer 7–15-month lease terms to fit your lifestyle. Lease terms are subject to availability and may impact the monthly rental rate. Contact our leasing team to find the term that works best for you.

Yes! We offer lease terms as short as 7 months. Contact our leasing team to check availability for shorter-term options and any associated pricing.

All residents will be enrolled in a Landlord Required Limited Liability program for $13 monthly. To protect your personal property, we encourage all residents to carry renters' insurance. 

Our apartment homes are not offered furnished. However, our spacious layouts and open-concept designs make it easy to move in and make it your own. Contact our leasing team for more details.

Whalers Cove Apartments does not currently offer a corporate housing program.

Submitting a maintenance request is easy! Log in to our online resident portal to submit a request 24/7. For urgent or emergency maintenance issues, please call our leasing office directly. On-site maintenance is available to assist you.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We offer convenient online payment options through our resident portal so you can pay anytime, from anywhere.

A $150 late fee is assessed if rent is not received by the 5th of the month.

Yes! We offer convenient electronic payment options through our online resident portal. You can pay by ACH bank transfer, debit card, or credit card. Please contact our leasing team for portal access instructions.

We offer 24/7 online rent payment through our resident portal, so you can pay at any time — even after office hours. Please contact the leasing office for portal enrollment information.

Short-term guests are welcome! Extended stays, beyond 7 days, requires written permission from management and may require the guest to be added to the lease.

Children who are listed as occupants on your lease are always welcome! If your children are not currently listed on your lease and will be staying for an extended period, please notify our office. We're committed to Fair Housing compliance.

Unassigned parking is available via surface lot. Whalers Cove does not currently offer reserved parking.

Motorcycles may be parked in the surface parking lot in an available parking space.

Satellite dish installation is governed by FCC OTARD rules; please contact our leasing office to discuss the approved mounting locations and process before installation.

Cable and high-speed internet services are available through local providers serving the Boynton Beach area. Please contact our leasing team for information on area providers. Service is resident-arranged and not included in rent.

Apartment homes are delivered in a professionally selected color palette. Modifications including painting are not permitted without prior written approval from management.

For our residents’ convenience package lockers are available 24/7.

Absolutely! Whalers Cove Apartments features a 24-hour fitness center, so you can work out on your schedule, morning, noon, or night.

Yes! Enjoy our tropical swimming pool and spa, complete with a relaxing sundeck — the perfect place to soak up the Florida sunshine.

For the safety of all residents, open-flame and gas grills are not permitted on balconies or patios in accordance with Florida Fire Code. Please contact our leasing team for the community's specific grilling guidelines. We invite you to enjoy our on-site grilling stations adjacent to your favorite community amenities. 

Most floor plans offer ample storage throughout, including a spacious pantry and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Exterior storage is not available.
